Empowering Inclusion: Organizational Assessment for Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN)
Milestone Synergy remained deeply committed to social impact and organizational resilience. We conducted a comprehensive Organizational Assessment for the Blind Youth Association Nepal (BYAN), specifically focusing on their strategic chapters in Kaski, Banke, and Kailali.
The Objective
The assessment was designed to provide a “health check” for BYAN’s regional operations, ensuring that the chapters were structurally and operationally equipped to fulfill their mission of empowering blind and partially sighted youth. The primary goals were to:
- Evaluated Capacity: Assessed the current organizational strengths and weaknesses at the chapter level.
- Identified Opportunities: Uncovered areas for growth and self-sustaining practices.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensured that regional activities were perfectly aligned with BYAN’s national vision and international standards.
