Scope of Advisory Services
We actively support TAF through a comprehensive range of consultative and strategic interventions:
- Expert Consultation: We provide immediate and ongoing consultation on any issues arising related to Safeguarding, Child Protection Policy (CPP), and Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment (SEAH).
- Policy Review & Revision: We meticulously review and revise existing policies to ensure they remain robust, legally compliant, and aligned with international development standards.
- Strategic Recommendations: Our team identifies and recommends global best practices and sectoral standards to both TAF Management and TAF’s partner NGOs.
- Institutional Strengthening: We guide the implementation of safeguarding protocols across the organization’s diverse projects, fostering a culture of safety and integrity.
