Milestone Synergy executed a comprehensive series of three high-impact team-building sessions for the Golchha Group, one of Nepal’s most prominent business conglomerates. These trainings were strategically delivered across different regions and business units—including Itahari and two separate sessions in Kathmandu for HIM Electronicsand the 2-Wheeler division—to foster a unified and high-performing workplace culture.
The Objective
The core mission of these sessions was to transition teams from individual contributors to a cohesive force. The training focused on:

- Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Developed strategies to tackle both personal and professional challenges through creative and iterative thinking.
- Built Trust: Strengthened the bonds of cooperation to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Training Modules & Experiential Activities
The program utilized a “Learning through Experience” methodology, ensuring that concepts were not just taught but felt and practiced:
- Icebreaker & Rapport Building: Sessions began by breaking down professional barriers to build immediate rapport and openness among team members.
- Leadership & Resource Utilization: Through hands-on challenges, teams practiced creative problem-solving and optimal resource management under tight time constraints.
- Communication & Coordination under Pressure: Activities focused on quick decision-making and ensured every team member played a vital role in fast-paced scenarios.
- Teamwork & Motivation: Facilitators highlighted the power of encouragement and collective strategy in overcoming complex obstacles.
Key Learnings & Outcomes
The sessions concluded with participants identifying critical pillars for their daily professional lives:
- Clear Communication: Recognized as the bedrock of coordination.
- Above-the-Line Leadership: Moved toward a culture of support rather than individual blame.
- Adaptability: Gained the confidence to pivot and adapt to new organizational challenges.
The training series effectively met its goals, leaving the employees of HIM Electronics, the 2-Wheeler division, and the Itahari team with renewed motivation and a shared understanding of what it took to drive Golchha Group toward continued excellence.
